In order to efficiently and effectively run your corporation, it is necessary to keep an updated minute book. Depending on the jurisdiction of your corporation, you may be required to have a minute book either under the Ontario Business Corporations Act or the Canada Business Corporations Act.


1. What is a minute book?

A minute book serves as a record of the corporation's activities, and it typically includes all the documents that form the corporation, and all the documents and records that reflect the company's transactions and dealings.
